AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-nine Thousand
Dollars ($99,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of University City Branch of River
des Peres for engineering services for the final design of UR-05
River des Peres Sanitary Relief Phase I (89057); and authorizing
and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into Contract E-749 with Consoer Townsend & Associates for
the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-nine Thousand Dollars
($99,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the final
design of UR-05 River des Peres Sanitary Relief Phase I (89057).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Contract E-749 with Consoer Townsend & Associates for engineering
services for the final design of UR-05 River des Peres Sanitary
Relief Phase I (89057); and contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
