AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6 of The Resubdivison of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the
Cookshire Subdivision, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point being the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence North 86 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East 10.04 feet to the Point of Beginning of the easement to vacate; thence the following courses and distances: North 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East 7.42 feet; South 87 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 17.94 feet; North 69 degrees 55 minutes 08 seconds East 60.35 feet; North 54 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East 15.74 feet; South 10 degrees 57 minutes 37 seconds West 16.70 feet; South 69 degrees 55 minutes 08 seconds West 42.42 feet; South 87 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 36.78 feet; South 86 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West 81.48 feet to the Point of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 46 of the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
