AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of
land in the N.1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 3,
T.43N., R.6E. St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said tract of land; thence along the South line of said tract North 88 degrees 05 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 132.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said tract; thence along the West line of said tract North 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 10 feet to a point; thence leaving said line South 88 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 132.00 feet to a point on the East line of said tract; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 8537, Page 239 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
