HomeMy Public PortalAbout08722 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8722 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Subdivision of Lot 1 of Ringer Homesites in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in the Subdivision of Lot 1 of Ringer Homesites as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 56 and Plat Book 87, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the West line of said Lot 1, South 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, 391.02 feet to a point; thence leaving said West line, South 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, 5.00 feet to a point; thence 5.00 feet East of and parallel to said West line, North 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 381.02 feet to a point; thence 10.00 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 1, South 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, 95.00 feet to the East line of said Lot 1; thence along said East line, North 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, 10.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the North line of said Lot 1, North 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence along 2 the West line of said Lot 2, South 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, 10.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said West line, 10.00 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 2, South 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, 90.00 feet to a point; thence 10.00 feet West of and parallel to the East line of said Lot 2, South 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 629.17 feet to the South line of said Lot 2; thence along said South line, South 88 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East, 10.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the East line of said Lot 2, North 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, 639.17 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the North line of said Lot 2, North 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
