AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lots 6, 7 and 8 of Clarkson/Clayton Center, Township 45 North,
Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point in the east line of Lot 6 of Clarkson/Clayton Center distant North 0 degrees 14 minutes East 145 feet from the southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes West 10 feet to the true point of beginning of subject tract; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes West and parallel with the south line of Clarkson/Clayton Center, said south line being the north line of Springer Road, a distance of 801.93 feet to a point 25 feet East of the west line of Lot 8 of Clarkson/Clayton Center; thence North 0 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 10 feet; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes East 801.95 feet to a point 10 feet West of the east line of Lot 6 Clarkson/Clayton Center; thence South 0 degrees 14 minutes West 10 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 4333, Pages 363, 364 and 365 of the St. Louis County Records, and shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 193, Pages 84 and 85 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
