AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 2, 3 and 4, 12 through 15, 16 through 20, 21 and a portion of
street right-of-way of Westbrooke Woods Plat One, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Six parcels of land located in Westbrooke Woods Plat
One, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 311, Pages 12 and 13
of the St. Louis County Records and being more particularly
described as: Parcel 1 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence South 26 degrees 45 minutes 16 seconds East 51.86 feet along the West line of said Lot 2 to a point; thence North 27 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds East 6.16 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 27 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds East 51.15 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 13 degrees 37 minutes 47 seconds West 155.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 13.83 feet to a point thence South 27 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West 67.89 feet to a point; thence North 26 degrees 45 minutes 16 seconds West 12.32 to the actual point of beginning.
