AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 90171 (Oakwood
Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 90171 (Oakwood Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 90171
(Oakwood Lane) shall be as follows:

SUBDISTRICT NO. 90171 OAKWOOD LANE
Beginning at a point in the north line of Robert Koch
Hospital Road (100 feet wide) said point being the southwest
corner of Lot 8 of Oakwood Acres, an unrecorded subdivision in St.
Louis County, Missouri, said point also being the intersection of
the north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road and the east line of
Oakwood Lane (40 feet wide); Thence northwardly along said east
line of Oakwood lane, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; Thence
southwestwardly across Oakwood Lane a distance of 41.25 feet to a
point on the east line of Lot 9 of said Oakwood Acres, said point
being distant northwardly 90.00 feet from the north line of Robert
Koch Hospital Road (100 feet wide); Thence westwardly and parallel
to said north line, a distance of 180.00 feet to a point on the
east line of Lot 10 of said Oakwood Acres; Thence southwardly
along said east line and being parallel to the east line of
Oakwood Lane, a distance of 90.00 feet to the southeast corner of
said Lot 10, said corner being on the north line of Robert Koch
Hospital Road (100 feet wide); Thence westwardly along said north
line, a distance of 200.00 to the southeast corner of Lot 11 of
said Oakwood Acres; Thence northwardly along the east line of said
Lot 11 and being parallel to the east line of Oakwood Lane, a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point; Thence westwardly along a line
parallel to the north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road, (100 feet
wide) a distance of 180.00 feet to a point on the east line of

Oakwood Lane (40 feet wide), said point being distant northwardly
100.00 feet from the said north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road;
Thence northwestwardly across Oakwood Lane a distance of 54.44
feet to a point on the east line of Lot 25 of said Oakwood Acres,
said point being distant northwardly 137.00 feet from the said
north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road, (of variable width);
Thence westwardly along a line parallel to the said north line, a
distance of 160.00 feet to a point on the east line of Lot 26 of
said Oakwood Acres; Thence southwardly along said east line, and
being parallel to the west line of Oakwood Lane, a distance of
137.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 26, said corner
being in the said north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road (of
variable width); Thence westwardly along said north line a
distance of 130.00 feet to a point, said point being distant
eastwardly 58.20 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 26,
said corner also being the southwest corner of Oakwood Acres
Subdivision; Thence northwardly and parallel to the west line of
Oakwood Lane, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point on the south
line of Lot 24 of said Oakwood Acres, said point being distant
eastwardly 45.24 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 24;
Thence eastwardly along the south line of Lot 24 and parallel to
the north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road, a distance of 30.00
feet to a point; Thence northwardly and parallel to the west line
of Oakwood Lane, a distance of 170.00 feet to a point on the south
line of Lot 23 of said Oakwood Acres; Thence westwardly along the

south line of Lot 23 and parallel to the north line of Robert Koch
Hospital Road, a distance of 44.74 feet to a point, said point
being distant eastwardly 19.48 feet from the southwest corner of
Lot 23; Thence northwardly a distance of 170.52 feet to a point on
the south line of Lot 22 of said Oakwood Acres, said point being
distant eastwardly 21.46 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 22;
Thence eastwardly along the said south line of Lot 22 and parallel
to the north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road, a distance of
70.21 feet to a point; Thence northeastwardly a distance of 307.87
feet to a point on the southwestern line of Lot 21 of said Oakwood
Acres, said point being distant southeastwardly 194.60 feet from
the northwest corner of Lot 21, said corner also being the
northwest corner of Oakwood Acres Subdivision; Thence
northeastwardly a distance of 131.58 feet to a point on the
southwestern line of property conveyed to Ronald J. Morand and
wife, by deed recorded in Book 7064 Page 2198 of the St. Louis
County, Missouri Recorder's Office; Thence southeastwardly along
said southwestern line, a distance of 62.77 feet to a point, said
point being distant northwestwardly 182.55 feet from the southwest
corner of said Morand property; Thence northeastwardly a distance
of 208.35 feet, to a point on the west line of Lot 20 of said
Oakwood Acres; Thence northwardly along said west line of Lot 20,
a distance of 25.43 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 20;
Thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 20, 19, and 18 of
said Oakwood Acres, a distance of 600.00 feet, to the northeast

corner of said Lot 18; Thence southwardly along the east line of
Lot 18, also being the west line of Lot 4 to the southwest corner
of said Lot 4; Thence eastwardly along the south line of Lot 4,
also being the north line of Lot 5 of said Oakwood Acres, and
parallel to the north line of Robert Koch Hospital Road, a
distance of 80.35 feet to a point; Thence southwardly and parallel
to the east line of Oakwood Lane, a distance of 200 feet to a
point on the south line of said Lot 5, also being the north line
of Lot 6 of said Oakwood Acres; Thence westwardly along the north
line of Lot 6 and parallel to the north line of Robert Koch
Hospital Road, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point, said point
being distant eastwardly 210.00 feet from the northwest corner of
said Lot 6; Thence southwardly and parallel to the east line of
Oakwood Lane, a distance of 125.00 feet to a point on the south
line of said Lot 6, also being the north line of Lot 7 of said
Oakwood Acres, said point being distant eastwardly 210.00 feet
from the northwest corner of said Lot 7; Thence eastwardly along
the north line of said Lot 7 and parallel to the north line of
Robert Koch Hospital Road, a distance of 125.00 feet to a point;
Thence southwardly and parallel to the east line of Oakwood Lane,
a distance of 75.00 feet to a point on the north line of property
conveyed to Howard E. Dallman and wife, by deed recorded in Book
3641 Page 618-619 of the aforesaid Recorder's Office; Thence
westwardly along said north line a distance of 155.00 feet to the
northwest corner of said Dallman Tract; Thence southwardly along

the west line of said property conveyed to Dallman and wife, and
being parallel to the east line of Oakwood Lane, a distance of
300.00 feet to a point on the aforesaid north line of Robert Koch
Hospital Road (100 feet wide); Thence westwardly along said north
line, a distance of 180.00 feet to the point of beginning.
