AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventy
Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund
for engineering services for the final design of South Baden &
other Bissell Watershed Sewer Rehabilitation Projects (89191); and
authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to enter into Contract E-751 with Lenz Engineering, Inc.
for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($170,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for engineering services for the final design of
South Baden & other Bissell Watershed Sewer Rehabilitation
Projects (89191).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Contract E-751 with Lenz Engineering, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of South Baden & other Bissell
Watershed Sewer Rehabilitation Projects (89191); and contract to
be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1992.
