AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Seminary Branch of River des Peres for the
costs of the Elm Drive #1215 (P-18557) stormwater project, in the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri, and the District has agreed to
contribute the total costs therein, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Seminary
Branch of River des Peres for the costs of the Elm Drive #1215 (P-
18557) stormwater project in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1992.
