AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Thirty
Thousand Dollars ($430,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Northmoor
Drive & Lynn Meadows Lane Sanitary Relief (89041), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri; and confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth
& Sons, Inc. for the construction of the aforesaid sanitary
sewers, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Three Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-
one and 10/100 Dollars ($347,861.10), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement
costs, and allowance for construction change orders is Eighty-two
Thousand One Hundred Thirty-eight and 90/100 Dollars ($82,138.90),
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($430,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary

sewers in Northmoor Drive & Lynn Meadows Lane Sanitary Relief
(89041), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Northmoor Drive & Lynn Meadows Lane Sanitary Relief (89041), in
the City of Florissant, Missouri, with the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 17th
day of July, 1992 and formally executed on the 11th day of August,
1992 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed,
in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
