CANCEL TAX OVERPAYMENT
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret has
reviewed the rolls and determined that certain residents
and property owners have overpaid taxes, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the tax
overpayment be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector is authorized to immediately cancel the tax
overpayment as follows:
