AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1B of Lot 1 of Upper Ladue, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northwestern corner of an easement recorded in Book 8917, Page 2050 of said County records, on the Northern line of said Lot 1B; thence along the western line of said easement recorded in said Book 8917, Page 2050 South 14 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds East 22.98 feet to the southern line of said easement recorded in Book 8917, Page 2050; thence along said southern line North 86 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds East 12.18 feet to the true point of beginning of the 10 feet wide strip herein described, said point being on the southwestern line of said 10 feet wide easement as shown on said Plat Book 283, Page 30; thence continuing along the southern line of said easement recorded in Book 8917, Page 2050 North 86 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds East 15.02 feet to the northern line of said easement as shown in said Plat Book 283, Page 30; thence, along a non-radial curve concave to northeast and having a radius of 20 feet and through a central angle of 18 degrees 54 minutes 19 seconds, southeastwardly 6.60 feet to a point of tangency; thence continuing along the northern line of the 10 feet wide easement as shown in said Plat Book 283, Page 30 South 84 degrees 58 minutes 19 seconds East 119.26 feet and South 56 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East 72.59 feet to the western line of said easement recorded in Book 8917, Page 2050; thence along said western line South 15 degrees 22 minutes 24 seconds East 15.14 feet to the southern line of said 10 feet wide easement as shown in said Plat Book 283, Page 30; thence along said southern line North 56 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West 81.44 feet and North 84 degrees 58 minutes 19 seconds West 116.74 feet to a point of tangency of a curve concave to the northeast, and concentric with the last-mentioned curve, having a radius of 30 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of 45 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds northwestwardly 23.75 feet to the true point of
beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1992.
