AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the South Quarter corner of said Section 4, said point being the Southwest corner of property conveyed to Vernon Ganz by deed recorded in Book 6790, Page 1851 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 54 seconds East 481.50 feet along the South line of said Section 4 and the South line of said Ganz property to a point; thence North 26 degrees 16 minutes 24 seconds East 291.07 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 39 degrees 12 minutes 37 seconds West 97.90 feet to a point; thence North 50 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds East 36.14 feet to a point; thence South 39 degrees 45 minutes 54 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 50 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds West 26.24 feet to a point; thence South 39 degrees 12 minutes 37 seconds East 83.43 feet to a point; thence South 26 degrees 16 minutes 24 seconds West 10.99 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 9220, Page 1120 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1992.
