HomeMy Public PortalAbout08750 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8750 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a creek easement in Lot 7 of Georgetown Estates, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portion of a thirty foot (30') foot wide creek easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the southeastern line of said Lot 7 with the northeastern line of the 30 feet wide easement for creek; thence along said northeastern line North 22 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 176.6 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence along the following bearings and distances: North 55 degrees 17 minutes 39 seconds West 23.99 feet; North 22 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 7.89 feet and North 34 degrees 42 minutes 21 seconds East 15.47 feet to said northeastern line of the 30 feet wide creek easement; thence along said northeastern line South 22 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East 36.43 feet to the true point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 23 and Deed Book 6523, Pages 660 through 663 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1992.
