AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-seven Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-seven and 48/100 Dollars ($47,177.48) from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm improvements in Auber Channel
Improvement Stormwater Project (P-18140), in the City of
Manchester, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Manchester, Missouri at an estimated total cost of One Hundred
Forty-one Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-two and 45/100 Dollars
($141,532.45), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Forty-seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-seven and 48/100 Dollars
($47,177.48) toward the total costs of said project, and will
deposit said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-seven Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-seven and 48/100 Dollars ($47,177.48) is hereby
appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of
Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm
improvements in Auber Channel Improvements Stormwater Project (P-
18140), in the City of Manchester, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
