AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 of The Woods, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in The Woods as recorded in
Plat Book 286, Page 41. One parcel being a ten foot (10') wide
easement along the common line between Lots 12 and 13 of said The
Woods. One parcel being a ten foot (10') wide easement along the
common line between Lots 14 and 15 of said The Woods. Parcel 1: Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 12 of The Woods; aforesaid, distant South 85 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds East 10.02 feet from the Southwest corner thereof; said Beginning Point being on the East line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes 23 seconds East along the East line of said 10 foot wide easement, 5.01 feet to the North line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence South 85 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds East along the North line of said 10 foot wide easement 80.89 feet to the West line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence South 11 degrees 23 minutes 22 seconds West along the West line of said 10 foot wide easement, 8.40 feet to the Southwest line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence South 65 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds East along the Southwest line of said 10 foot wide easement, 4.84 feet to the South line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence North 85 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds West along the South line of said 10 foot wide easement, 83.74 feet to the East line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes 23 seconds East along the East line of said 10 foot wide easement, 5.01 feet to the Point of
Beginning. Parcel 2 Beginning at a point on the Southwest line of Lot 15 of The Woods; aforesaid, distant North 41 degrees 14 minutes 52 seconds West 20.35 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 15; said Beginning Point being on the Northwest line of a 20 foot wide easement, thence South 38 degrees 04 minutes 25 seconds West along the Northwest line of said 20 foot wide easement, 5.09 feet to the Southwest line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence North 41 degrees 14 minutes 52 seconds West along the Southwest line of said 10 foot wide easement 113.33 feet to the Southeast line of a 15 foot wide easement, thence Northeast along the Southeast line of said 15 foot wide easement and along an arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 69.00 feet an arc distance of 5.01 feet to the Southwest line of Lot 15, thence North 41 degrees 14 minutes 52 seconds West along the Southwest line of Lot 15, 5.04 feet to the Southeast line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence Northeast along the Southeast line of said 10 foot wide easement and along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 64 feet an arc distance of 5.05 feet to the Northeast line of a 10 foot wide easement, thence South 41 degrees 14 minutes 52 seconds East along the Northeast line of said 10 foot wide easement 117.46 feet to the Northwest line of a 20 foot wide easement, thence South 38 degrees 04 minutes 25 seconds West along the Northwest line of said 20 foot wide easement 5.09 feet to the Point of Beginning.
