AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 500, 502, 503 and 504 of Highland Village Single Family Phase
Two, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Five parcels of land located in Highland Village Single
Family Phase Two as recorded in Plat Book 283, Page 78 of the St.
Louis County records. The five parcels being portions of five (5)
foot wide easements in said project.
Parcel 1 The five (5) foot easement on the south side of the common line between Lots 500 and 501 of Highland Village Single Family Phase Two, as recorded in Plat Book 283, Page 78 of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom the Northwestern ten (10) feet and Southeastern thirteen (13) feet. Parcels 2 and 3 The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 502 and 503 of Highland Village Single Family Phase Two, as recorded in Plat Book 283, Page 78 of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom the Northwestern ten (10) feet and Southeastern thirteen (13) feet of each. Parcels 4 and 5 The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 503 and 504 of Highland Village Single Family Phase Two, as recorded in Plat Book 283, Page 78 of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom the Northwestern ten (10) feet and Southeastern thirteen (13) feet of each.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
