AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 9 of
Wellesley Place Subdivision, in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: A 10 foot strip of ground being the Northeast 10 feet of said Lot 9 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most Northern corner of the aforesaid Lot 9 of "Wellesley Place", South 34o16 34" East, 60 feet; thence South 55o43'26" West 10 feet; thence North 34o16'34" West 60 feet; thence North 55o43'26" East 10 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 310, Pages 65 and 66 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
