HomeMy Public PortalAbout08767 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8767 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Adjusted Lots 65 and 66 of Finestowne Ridge Amended Plat One, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land being parts of Adjusted Lots 65 and 66 of Finestowne Ridge Amended Plat One per Boundary Adjustment Plat as recorded in Plat Book 303, Pages 20 through 22 of the St. Louis County Records and being more particularly described as: Parcel 1 Commencing at a point on the western right-of-way of Fine Oaks Place, 50' wide at the point of curvature of a curve having a radius of 175.00 feet, said point also being located on the eastern boundary line of aforesaid Adjusted Lot 65; thence departing said right-of-way North 61 degrees 30 minutes 08 seconds West for a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 185.00 feet for an arc length of 1.45 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West for a distance of 41.81 feet to a point; thence along a line 5 foot North of and parallel to the south boundary line of said Adjusted Lot 65 North 69 degrees 08 minutes 41 seconds West for a distance of 23.82 feet to a point on the north line of an existing 10 foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 290 of Page 27 of aforesaid Land Records; thence along said north line North 89 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds East for a distance of 68.88 feet to a point; thence along a line 2 10 foot west of and parallel to the aforesaid western right-of-way of Fine Oaks Place South 28 degrees 29 minutes 52 seconds West for a distance of 9.94 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Commencing at the southwest corner of said Adjusted Lot 66; thence along the southern boundary line of said Lot North 89 degrees 51 minutes 45 seconds East for a distance of 11.39 feet to a point; thence along a line 10 foot east of and parallel to the western boundary of said Lot North 28 degrees 29 minutes 52 seconds East for a distance of 18.20 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 28 degrees 29 minutes 52 seconds East for a distance of 11.39 feet to a point on the north line of a 10 foot wide easement established in Plat Book 290 on Page 27 of aforesaid Land Records; thence along said north line North 89 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds East for a distance of 87.88 feet to a point; thence departing said line South 00 degrees 03 minutes 03 seconds East for a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the south line of aforesaid 10 foot easement; thence along said south line South 89 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West for a distance of 93.23 feet to the point of beginning. 3 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
