AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 117 of
Ridgewood, Plat Two in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described fifteen foot
(15') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: An easement of approximately 15 feet in width, shown as "Existing Sewer" on Plat Two of Ridgewood subdivision, lying within Lot 117 of said subdivision, the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of said easement with the West line of said Lot 117; thence Northeastwardly along the centerline of said easement to an angle point; thence Eastwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the East line of said Lot 117 being the point of ending, according to record plat recorded in Plat book 53, Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
