AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in sewer easements, stormwater control easements, and
parking and drive reserve area easements, in White Gate Farms, in
U.S. Survey 2011, Fractional Section 23, Township 45 North, Range
4 East, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer easements, stormwater control easements, and
parking and drive reserve area easements, and has agreed to grant
to the District suitable alternate easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer easements, stormwater control
easements, and parking and drive reserve area easements (Clayborn,
Jockey Club, Kempton Park and Epsom Drives and Alleys "A", "B" and
"C"). A tract of land being part of White Gate Farms, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 275 Pages 5 and 6 in the St. Louis County Records, being in U.S. Survey 2011 and Fractional Section 23, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of Straub Road (20 feet wide private), being 20 feet West of the East line of U.S. Survey 2011 and the line between said U.S. Survey 2011 and Fractional Section 23; thence South 57 degrees 53 minutes 41 seconds West 253.70 feet to the East line

of that tract shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 269, Page 77; thence along said tract North 32 degrees 06 minutes 19 minutes West 37.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right, whose radius is 29.00 feet, an arc distance of 52.60 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds West 132.46 feet; thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes 19 seconds West 63.50 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds West 120.00 feet to the East line of Broadmoor Plat One and Plat Two; thence along said line North 00 degrees 04 minutes 19 seconds East 317.49 feet; thence South 57 degrees 48 minutes 01 seconds West 85.71 feet; thence North 33 degrees 10 minutes 08 seconds West 218.47 feet; thence along the South line of the Parkway School District tract conveyed in Deed Book 6331, Page 1873, North 57 degrees 59 minutes 45 seconds East 447.94 feet to the said West line of Straub Road; thence along said West line South 32 degrees 17 minutes 38 seconds East 639.90 feet to the point of beginning, excluding any easements and rights-of-way dedicated by record plat for a subdivision known as "White Gate Farms Estates" as recorded in Plat Book 314, Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records.
