AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Crystal Creek Pointe Plat I, Lot 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence along the East line of said Lot 4 North 03 degrees 57 minutes 05 seconds East 5.06 feet to a point; thence laving said East line North 77 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds West 5.06 feet to the point of beginning; thence 5.00 feet West of and parallel to the said East line North 03 degrees 57 minutes 05 seconds East 32.42 feet to a point; thence North 14 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds East 35.80 feet to a point; thence 5.00 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 4 North 88 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West 5.13 feet to a point; thence 10.00 feet West of and parallel to said East line South 14 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds West 35.10 feet to a point; thence South 03 degrees 57 minutes 05 seconds West 32.10 feet to a point; thence 5.00 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Lot 4 South 77 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds East 5.06 feet to the point of beginning according to the calculations by Burdine and Associates, Inc. July 23, 1992, as recorded in Plat Book 292, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
