AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 1 and 2
of Afshari Estates Plat 13A, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of the western 10 feet of Lot 1 together with part of the eastern 10 feet of Lot 2 of Afshari Estates Plat No. 13A, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the western line of said Lot 1 distant 15 feet south of the northwestern corner of said Lot 1 on the southern line of Northport Drive, 50 feet wide; thence along a line parallel with the southern line of said Northport Drive North 89 degrees 31 minutes 48 seconds East 10.00 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10 feet east of the western line of said Lot 1 South 00 degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds West 109.48 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10 feet north of the southern line of said Lots 1 and 2 North 79 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds West 20.28 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10 feet west of said western line of Lot 1 North 00 degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds East 105.78 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 15 feet south of said southern line of Northport Drive North 89 degrees 31 minutes 48 seconds East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning according to a subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 193, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1992.
