Home My Public Portal About08778REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8784 - 10/14/92 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8778 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 8776, as adopted September 9, 1992, and enacting a new Ordinance in lieu thereof, prescribing the Classification Plan for all employees in the Classified Service of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 8776, as adopted September 9, 1992, is hereby repealed and superseded. Section Two. Subject to the Civil Service Rules for administration, all positions in the Classified Service of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall be classified, coded and graded as follows: THE METROPOLITAN ST.
