AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with The Jones Custom Homes,
Inc. for the recovery of costs by said The Jones Custom Homes,
Inc. for a period not to exceed twenty years, for the construction
of The Summit Heights Sanitary Trunk Sewer, within the Fenton
Creek Watershed of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with The Jones
Custom Homes, Inc. for the recovery of costs by said The Jones
Custom Homes, Inc., for a period not to exceed twenty years, for
the construction of The Summit Heights Sanitary Trunk Sewer,
within the Fenton Creek Watershed of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
