AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with D. Bennish
Construction Company for the construction, rebuilding and/or
replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes, and replacing sewer
pipe in Infrastructure Repair #057 (Maintenance) 92128, in the
Cities of Brentwood, Clayton, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Rock
Hill, Webster Groves, and unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to D. Bennish Construction Company for the
construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes, and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #057
(Maintenance) 92128, in the Cities of Brentwood, Clayton,
Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Rock Hill, Webster Groves, and
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 17th day of September, 1992 and formally executed on the 13th
day of October, 1992 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is
hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
