AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($7,333.00) from the Improvement Fund
to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm sewers in the Cardigan Drive #22 Stormwater
Project (P-18173), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Ferguson, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twenty-eight
Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six and 75/100 Dollars ($28,666.75),
and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($7,333.00)
toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said
amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-three Dollars ($7,333.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in the Cardigan Drive
#22 Stormwater Project (P-18173), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
