AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Section 14, Township 43 North, Range 6 East (Delray), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southernmost corner of "Delray Plat One", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 143, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along a South line of said "Delray Plat One", North 69 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 73.00 feet to a point; thence South 20 degrees 36 minutes 56 seconds East 10.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 20 degrees 36 minutes 56 seconds East 99.64 feet to a point; thence South 16 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds West 73.08 feet to a point; thence North 73 degrees 34 minutes 22 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 16 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds East 69.72 feet to a point; thence North 20 degrees 36 minutes 56 seconds West 88.26 feet to a point; thence North 08 degrees 31 minutes 06 seconds East 9.24 feet to a point; thence North 69 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 5.50 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 143, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
