AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lee Estates, a subdivision in Section 12, T.44N., R.4E., St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point being the Northwest corner of an existing 10 foot wide easement in Lot 3 of Lee Estates; thence eastwardly along the North line of said existing easement 20 feet to the true point of beginning; thence eastwardly along said North line 157.43 feet to a point; thence southwardly along the East line of said Lot 3, 2.5 feet to a point; thence westwardly along a line 7.5 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 157.43 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line 30 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 285, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
