AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in an alley in Tripletts Addition to the Town of
Manchester, Block 5, Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject vacated alley, and this District has no further use in
said vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described alley:
An alley, twelve feet (12') wide, beginning at the East
side of Creve Coeur Street, thirty-five and one-half feet (35-
1/2') wide and extending one hundred and twenty feet (120') to the
east of said Creve Coeur Street, as shown in Tripletts Addition to
the Town of Manchester Block 5 adjacent to Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 7, City of St. Louis records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
