AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a forty foot (40') wide roadway for public use in
the SW 1/4 of Section 30, T.45N., R.4E., in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject roadway, and this District has no further use in said
roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described roadway: Commencing at point on the East line of Strecker Road, 70 feet wide which was widened and relocated by the plat of Mallard Park Estates, at the most Northern corner of Lot 1 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 1 & 2 of Mallard Park Estates; thence along the East line of said relocated Strecker Road, 83.56 feet, along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 610.00 feet and a chord bearing of North 11o 30' 24" East, 83.49 feet to the point of beginning; thence 125.47 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 610.00 feet and a chord of North 1o 41' 24" East, 125.25 feet, to a point on the West line of the original Strecker Road, 40 feet wide; thence along the West line of said original Strecker Road, North 20o 18' 54" East, 25.55 feet to an angle point; thence continuing along the West line of said original Strecker Road, North 30o 52' 28" West, 27.86 feet to a point on the East line of said relocated Strecker Road; thence along the East line of said relocated Strecker Road, 157.62 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 610.00 feet and a chord of North 16o 07' 52" West, 157.18 feet to a point on the East line of said original Strecker Road; thence along the East line of said original Strecker Road, South 30o 52' 28" East,

199.02 feet to an angle point; thence continuing along the East line of said original Strecker Road, South 20o 18' 54" West, 163.40 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plats recorded in Plat Book 308, Pages 7 and 8 and Plat Book 308, Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records.
