AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 1 of
Davies Place, a subdivision in T.46N., R.6E., in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point in the North line of Lot 1 with the West line of Bermuda Avenue (40 feet wide); thence South 86 degrees 40 minutes 5 seconds West along the North line of said Lot 1 for a distance of 200 feet to a point in the West line of the 5 foot easement, being the point of beginning; thence South 3 degrees 21 minutes East along the West line of said easement for a distance of 126.96 feet to a point in the South line of said Lot 1; thence Easterly along the South line of Lot 1 along the arc of a curve, having a radius of 448.2 feet for a distance of 5 feet; thence North 3 degrees 21 minutes West for a distance of 126.96 feet, more or less, to the North line of Lot 1; thence Westerly along said North line to the point of beginning, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
