AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for engineering services for the final design of
St. Gregory Lane Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation (89196); and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into Contract E-762 with Stock & Associates Consulting
Engineers, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering services for the
final design of St. Gregory Lane Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
(89196).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-762 with
Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of St. Gregory Lane Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation (89196); and contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1992.
