AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in part of Lots
20 and 21 of East Ashby No. 2, a subdivision in the City of
Breckenridge Hills, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements as recorded in Deed Book 7937, Pages 226 &
227, 258 & 259, 254 & 255, 250 & 251 and 252 & 253, of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1992.
