AN ORDINANCE, vacating an eight foot (8') sewer
easement in Lot 21, Pt. Lots 19, 20 and 22, Block I, of York
Village Woodlands in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described eight foot (8')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point being the Northeast corner of Lot 21 of Block "I", York Village Woodlands; thence southwardly along the East line of said Lot 21, 4 feet to a point; thence westwardly along a line being 4 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 21, 131 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line being 4 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 21, 8 feet to a point; thence eastwardly along a line 4 feet North of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 21, 131 feet to a point; thence southwardly along the East line of said Lot 21, 4 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1992.
