AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements
partly in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, and partly
in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Three parcels of land located partly in Section 1,
Township 44 North, Range 4 East, and partly in Section 6, Township
44 North, Range 5 East in St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1
being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
6525, Page 2352 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being
part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6813,
Page 1767 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3 being part of
a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6749, Page
1439 of the St. Louis County Records. The vacations will not be
made where they coincide with the alternate easement recorded in
Deed Book 8862, Pages 961, 962, 963 and 964 of the St. Louis
County Records.

Parcel 1 A 10 foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6525, Page 2352 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis County, Missouri, located in a tract of land situated partly in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, and partly in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, said tract being a part of a tract of land recorded in Deed Book 6487, Page 457 of the St. Louis Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement being described as: Beginning at a stone in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, said stone being distant 49.50 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, thence North 0 degrees 4 minutes West, 861 feet to a point in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide; thence turning an angle to the left of 62 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds, 22.48 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, said point being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing in a Northwesterly direction 135.42 feet; thence turning an angle to the left of 31 degrees 8 minutes 20 seconds, 775.40 feet; thence turning an angle to the right of 83 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds, 314.60 feet to a point on the north property line of the above said tract of land. Parcel 2 A 10 foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6813, Page 1767 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis County, Missouri, located in a tract of land situated partly in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, and partly in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, said tract being a part of a tract of land recorded in Deed Book 6487, Page 457 of the St. Louis Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement being described as: Beginning at a stone in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, said stone being distant 49.50 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East; thence North 0 degrees 4 minutes West 861 feet to a point in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, thence turning an angle to the left of 62 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds 22.48 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide; thence continuing in a Northwesterly direction 135.42 feet to a point, said point being the actual point of beginning; thence turning an angle to the left of 117 degrees 36 minutes 57 seconds, 156.10 feet; thence turning an angle to the right of 35 degrees 14 minutes 23 seconds, 120.00 feet to a point of intersection of two 10 foot wide easements; thence turning an angle to the left of 90 degrees, 92.00 feet to a point at the end of said easement; thence turning 180 degrees, 92.00 feet returning to the point of intersection of the two 10' wide easements; thence turning an angle to the left of 47 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds, 100.12 feet to a point of intersection with the centerline of a 10

foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6525, Page 2352 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 3 A ten foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6749, Page 1439 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis County, Missouri, located in a tract of land situated partly in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, and partly in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, said tract being a part of a tract of land recorded in Deed Book 6487, Page 457 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Louis County, Missouri, the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement being described as: Beginning at a stone in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, said stone being distant 49.50 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, thence North 0 degrees 4 minutes West, 860.53 feet to a point in the center of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide; thence turning an angle to the left of 63 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds, 22.39 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Hanna Road, 40 feet wide, said point being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing in a Northwesterly direction 117.98 feet; thence turning an angle to the left of 56 degrees 08 minutes 52 seconds 163.75 feet; thence turning an angle to the right of 29 degrees 26 minutes 37 seconds, 120.00 feet; thence turning an angle to the right of 38 degrees 12 minutes 49 seconds 92.50 feet; thence turning an angle to the left of 42 degrees 11 minutes 4 seconds 437.61 feet; thence turning an angle to the right of 83 degrees 56 minutes 314.11 feet to a point on the north property line of the above said tract of land.
