AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Part of Adjusted Lot 5 of the "Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 4B
of the Resubdivision of Lot 4 of Rock Industrial Park Plat No. 1
and Lot 5 of Rock Industrial Park Plat No. 1, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point being distant South 24 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 10.26 feet from the Northernmost corner of said Adjusted Lot 5; thence South 53 degrees 29 minutes 59 seconds East 643.88 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 53 minutes 57 seconds West 250.80 feet to a point; thence North 53 degrees 29 minutes 59 seconds West 374.34 feet to a point; thence North 79 degrees 19 minutes 15 seconds West 67.36 feet to a point; thence North 52 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 108.68 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 6441, Pages 770, 771 and 772 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1992.
