AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 137, 138, 139, 140, 141 and the Limited Common Ground of
Thousand Oaks Plat Four and Lots 169, 170, 171, 172 and the
Limited Common Ground of Thousand Oaks Plat Five in Fractional
Section 13, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Three parcels of land located in Thousand Oaks Plat
Four and Thousand Oaks Plat Five. One parcel being a portion of a
ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots 137, 138, 139, 140, 141 and
the Limited Common Ground of Thousand Oaks Plat Four as recorded
in Plat Book 243, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records. Two
parcels being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots
169, 170, 171, 172 and the Limited Common Ground of Thousand Oaks
Plat Five as recorded in Plat Book 248, Page 94 of the St. Louis
County Records. Parcel 1 Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 137 of Thousand

Oaks Plat Four, said point being distant South 22 degrees 19 minutes 19 seconds West 7.80 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 44 degrees 32 minutes 21 seconds West 29.43 feet to a point; thence North 15 degrees 14 minutes 38 seconds West 11.57 feet to a point; thence North 44 degrees 32 minutes 21 seconds East 225.48 feet to a point; thence South 64 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East 12.10 feet to a point; thence South 64 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West 4.14 feet to a point; thence South 44 degrees 32 minutes 21 seconds West 202.02 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Beginning at a point on the Southwest line of said Lot 169 of Thousand Oaks Plat Five, said point being distant South 52 degrees 20 minutes 59 seconds East 32.57 feet from the most Western corner thereof; thence South 57 degrees 02 minutes 06 seconds East 110.03 feet to a point; thence South 30 degrees 21 minutes 27 seconds West 2.90 feet to a point; thence South 59 degrees 35 minutes 32 seconds West 7.95 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 02 minutes 06 seconds West 127.19 feet to a point; thence North 23 degrees 49 minutes 13 seconds West 18.26 feet to a point; thence South 57 degrees 02 minutes 06 seconds East 35.86 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 Beginning at a point on the Southwest line of said Lot 172 of Thousand Oaks Plat Five, said point being distant North 59 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West 5.69 feet from the most Southern corner thereof; thence South 28 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds West 2.09 feet to a point; thence North 61 degrees 33 minutes 08 seconds West 40.00 feet to a point; thence North 59 degrees 35 minutes 31 seconds East 5.33 feet to a point; thence North 30 degrees 21 minutes 29 seconds East 5.44 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees 33 minutes 08 seconds East 37.06 feet to a point; thence South 28 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds West 7.91 feet to the point of beginning.
