AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 4 of Sugar Creek Estates, a subdivision in the City of
Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: The South 4.00 feet of an existing 10 foot wide easement along the North line of said Lot 4, bounded in an easterly direction by the West line of an existing 10 foot wide easement and bounded in a westerly direction by the East line of a twenty-five foot wide easement parallel with the West line of said Lot 4, according to the record plat recorded in Plat Book 268, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1992.
