HomeMy Public PortalAbout08828 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8828 AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Adjusted Lot 7 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 6 and 7 of Executive Industrial Park, in the City of Fenton, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Two 5.00 foot wide easements, one being along the Eastern 5.00 feet of Lot 6, and the other being along the Western 5.00 feet of Lot 7, both of "Executive Industrial Park", and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Western line of Adjusted Lot 7 of the "Boundary Adjustment Plat Lots 6 & 7 of Executive Industrial Park", and the Northern line of Horan Drive, 60.00 feet wide; thence along the Northern line of Horan Drive North 89 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East, 43.00 feet; thence leaving said Northern line and running North 0 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, 15.00 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described easements to be vacated, both being 5.00 feet wide on each side of the following described line; thence North 0 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, 515.00 feet to the point of ending of said easement vacations, excepting therefrom that portion which is included within an existing 15 foot wide easement that crosses said Adjusted Lot 7 from East to West as recorded in Deed Book 7857, Pages 1733 and 1734 of the St. Louis County Records, according to the plats recorded in Plat Book 149 Pages 10-14 and Plat Book 237, Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1992.
