AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
architectural/engineering services for the design of the Hampton
South Building Renovation (93019); and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-768 with
David Mason & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for architectural/engineering services for the
design of the Hampton South Building Renovation (93019).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-768 with
David Mason & Associates, Inc. for architectural/engineering
services for the design of the Hampton South Building Renovation
(93019); and contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
