AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
surveying services for the location and verification of existing
sewer systems (93032); and authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-766 with
Heideman & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid surveying services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for surveying services for location and verification of
existing sewer systems (93032).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Contract E-766 with Heideman & Associates, Inc. for surveying
services for the location and verification of existing sewer
systems (93032); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
