AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Highland Village Easement Plat B, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the sewer
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the tract described in Plat Book 269, Page 15, being a point on a curve; thence North 15 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West, 67.21 feet; thence South 74 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West, 5.00 feet; thence South 73 degrees 11 minutes 31 seconds West, 108.02 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING of the description herein: being a point of said centerline, thence South 73 degrees 11 minutes 31 seconds West, 25.52 feet; thence North 14 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds West, 63.02 feet to the point of ending, being bound on the East by a line that bears North 16 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East, and on the North by a line that bears North 75 degrees 15 minutes 58 seconds East, as recorded in Plat Book 269, Page 15 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
