AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 6 of
Briarwood Estates, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested that the District vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of "Delray Plat One" with the West line of Gebhardt Drive, 60 foot wide, as dedicated by said "Delray Plat One"; thence Southwardly along the West line of Gebhardt Drive, 60 foot wide, as dedicated by "Road Dedication Plat" recorded in Plat Book 159, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 84 degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds East 409.00 feet from the last mentioned point a distance of 60.02 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds West 34.70 feet to a point; thence South 04 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 11.83 to the actual point of beginning; thence South 61 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds West 5.92 feet to a point; thence South 04 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 24.23 feet to a point; thence South 86 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 30.55 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds West 5.92 feet to the actual point of beginning, and containing 274 square feet according to the subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 143, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
