AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 30 of Wildhorse Village C, in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point being distant South 52 degrees 03 minutes 47 seconds West 44.66 feet from the most Eastern corner of said Lot 30 of "Wildhorse Village C"; thence South 28 degrees 47 minutes 53 seconds West 14.69 feet to a point; thence South 50 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds West 21.06 feet to a point; thence North 36 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds East 35.76 feet to a point; thence South 39 degrees 30 minutes 13 seconds East 3.17 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 283, Pages 23 through 25 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
