HomeMy Public PortalAbout08848 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8848 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in sewer easements, a road, and parking easements, in King Arthur Apartments, in Section 9, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject sewer easement, road and parking easements, and has granted to the District suitable alternate easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following described sewer easements, road and parking easements. A tract of land located in Section 9, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East and West centerline of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9 with the Southeast right of way line of Lemay Ferry Road, 80 feet wide; thence North 46 degrees 12 minutes 17 seconds East along said right of way line, a distance of 92.97 feet to a point; thence South 43 degrees 47 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence North 46 degrees 12 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point; thence North 43 degrees 47 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence North 46 degrees 12 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 381.21 feet to a point; thence leaving said right of way line of Lemay Ferry Road and running along the Eastern right of way line of Sir Bors Court the following courses and distances; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 61.19 feet, the chord of which bears South 21 degrees 41 minutes 25 seconds East, a chord distance of 31.71 feet to a point; thence South 43 degrees 50 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 75.31 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 67.44 feet, the chord of which bears South 32 degrees 58 minutes 49 seconds East, a chord distance of 25.53 feet to a point; thence South 22 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 65.42 feet to a point; thence South 43 degrees 50 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 220.74 feet to a point, said point being in the Northwest line of King Arthur Estates Subdivision, Plat 3, as recorded in Plat Book 153, Pages 56 and 57 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence leaving said right of way line of Sir Bors Court and running along said Subdivision South 46 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 60.74 feet to a point on the East/West centerline of the Northeast Quarter, Section 9; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 14.48 feet to a point; thence South 46 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 856.76 feet to a point; thence North 87 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 28.23 feet to a point, located on the East right of way line of Ringer Road; thence along said right of way line North 02 degrees 03 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 274.49 feet to the most Southern corner of a parcel of ground conveyed to Reineke, as recorded in Book 5673, Page 37 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence along said Reineke parcel South 87 degrees 57 minutes 11 seconds East, a distance of 52.77 feet to a point; thence North 63 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 131.85 feet to a point; thence North 38 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 208.97 feet to a point; thence North 64 degrees 40 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 259.95 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part which lies within Camelot Estates Drive, Ringer Road and Lemay Ferry Road, according to a survey by Massmann-Stephens and Associates, Inc., during the month of May, 1982, and excluding any easements dedicated by easement plat recorded in Plat Book 123, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
