AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand One Hundred
Forty-three and 60/100 Dollars ($9,143.60) from the Improvement
Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Easy & Adie Road Stormwater
Project (P-18337), in the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of St.
Ann, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twenty-seven Thousand
Four Hundred Thirty and 81/100 Dollars ($27,430.81), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-three and 60/100 Dollars
($9,143.60) toward the total costs of said project, and will
deposit said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred
Forty-Three and 60/100 Dollars ($9,143.60) is hereby appropriated
from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of
the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Easy &
Adie Road Stormwater Project (P-18337), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
