REPEALED BY NO. 9053 - 7/14/93
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Section Three of Ordinance No.
8731 adopted July 8, 1992, and enacting a new Section Three in
lieu thereof which prescribes the salary of the Secretary-
Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Three of Ordinance No. 8731
adopted July 8, 1992, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Three of Ordinance No. 8731 shall
read as follows:
"Section Three. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer
shall be $60,000.00 payable in equal bi-weekly installments, on
and after December 28, 1992."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1992.
