AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 68 of Stonebriar Plat Two, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 68 of "Stonebriar Plat Two"; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 02 seconds West 5.00 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 00 degrees 15 minutes 58 seconds East 140.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 15.03 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 06 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East 140.00 feet from the least mentioned point, a distance of 58.40 feet to a point; thence North 37 degrees 33 minutes 45 seconds West 106.72 feet to a point; thence North 07 degrees 24 minutes 16 seconds West 46.12 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 52 degrees 05 minutes 17 seconds West 205.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 60.50 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 68 degrees 59 minutes 47 seconds East 120.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 128.91 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 59 seconds West 20.14 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 297, Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1993.
