AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
4, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of property conveyed to J.E. Jones Construction Company as Parcel 2 in deed recorded in Book 8040, Page 1193 of the St. Louis County Records, being also the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4; thence Northwardly along the West line of said J.E. Jones Construction Company property, being also the West line of Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4 North 00 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds East 82.01 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 17 minutes 23 seconds East 15.17 feet to the South line of said J.E. Jones Construction Company property, being also the line between Sections 4 and 9; thence Westwardly along said line between Sections 4 and 9 being also said South line of J.E. Jones Construction Company property North 88 degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds West 84.19 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 278, Pages 13 nd 14 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1993.
